What is a repair?

Lench’s Trust is committed to maintaining its properties to a high standard, providing a safe community for residents to live in. When a repair request is submitted, they will fall into a category based on its severity.

We also carry out Enhancements/ home improvements for residents whenever time permits and within limitations. These are logged however they fall out of our repair’s obligations and timescales. We will try our best to accommodate wherever possible.
