Reports & Accounts

As a charity Lench's Trust prepares audited accounts and reports which are submitted each year to the Charity Commission , Companies House, Homes England and the Regulator of Social Housing, our main regulatory bodies. The Trust's financial year is from 1st January to 31st December.

Lench's Trust also publishes an Impact Report which is circulated to all its residents and main stakeholders and partners.
