Office Manager
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and help foster a productive, efficient, and supportive working environment. If you're someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and values being at the heart of both strategic and operational decision-making, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of office operations and administrative functions.
Supervise and support staff, fostering collaboration and performance.
Maintain effective office systems including communication, recordkeeping, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Serve as the Trusts Complaints Officer, managing complaints with sensitivity, professionalism, and efficiency.
Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of our Grant Making Trusts.
Organise and lead Committee meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on actions.
Ideal Candidate
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Proven experience managing office systems and staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to handle sensitive matters with discretion and care.
