About Us

Lench's Trust is an almshouse charity founded in 1526 by William Lench.

Over the years Lench's Trust has adapted to the needs of an ever changing society and today we provide superior sheltered accommodation throughout the City for up to 200 of our older generation who are in need.

As the 21st century unfolds our society will continue to change and Lench's Trust will continue to engage with the diverse community it serves to ensure it responds to the needs of the growing numbers of Birmingham's future generation of older people, who are facing financial hardship or social isolation.

Welcome to our website - we hope that you will find it a useful tool to engage with us and help us shape Lench's Trust for generations to come.
