Walsall Almshouses

We are currently managing 31 new properties, 29  one bed properties and 2 one bed properties.

Through a new exciting partnership, we have agreed an arrangement to manage and oversee four almshouse charities across six historic buildings across Walsall.

Those charities being; The Henry Boys Almshouse Charity, Harpers, Marsh & Crumps Almshouse, The Catherine Walker Charity and the Chavasee Almshouse. These were all formed as a result of charitable giving from individuals, all of the original dwellings have been – in full or in part- rebuilt since but retain their original objectives to support those in need.
