STAIRs
Social Tenant Access to Information Requirement Scheme
What is STAIRs?
The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirement (STAIRs) is a new statutory standard introduced by the UK Government. It ensures your landlord is transparent and gives you greater access to information about how your home and services are managed.

The information requested must be relevant to your landlord or managing agent and must relate to the management services, their policies, plans and actions undertaken by your landlord, or the information that is captured and stored to support their decision making.
