Lench's Trust welcomes volunteers from all backgrounds to come and help us ensuring our residents remain active citizens fully engaged in their community.

  • You may be an individual willing to give their time as a volunteer working closely with our Scheme Managers to avoid the social isolation of some of our most vulnerable residents or as an Activity Support, working with the staff in faciliting a wide range of activities in our communal facilities.
  • You may be a School or a Youth Group willing to spend time with our residents and take on a project such as developing garden allotments, organising games, coffee mornings or concerts.
  • You may like to donate your time and expertise to support our staff in various practical ways - for example administration, fundraising, maintenance, or as a Trustee.

If you are interested in volunteering, or would simply like to find out more details, please do Contact Us. We look forward to hearing from you!

After retiring I had seen an advert for the opening day of the new William Lench Court... I went and was really impressed. Losing my husband 11 years ago has meant I have been used to going out every day; this was the perfect opportunity to keep myself occupied. I'm a people person, it’s ideal!
