Sutton Coldfield

Tanner's Close is a small sheltered housing scheme with 24 one bedroomed apartments situated in Sutton Coldfield.

The scheme, completed in 1993, is set in charming surroundings and has the benefit of a superb communal room which is opened to the wider community - for example Tanner's Close has hosted meetings of the Whitehouse Ladies Club on a fortnightly basis for many years now. It also serves as the room for all current and future activities.

The scheme is located close to Good Hope Hospital and there are other local amenities nearby. Onsite facilities include:

  • Laundry room
  • Computer use
  • Communal gardens
  • Small library

As Tanner's Close is our smallest scheme, Lynn Redmond, Scheme Manager, works from 9am to 2pm but the residents benefit from the cover of the Careline when staff are not on duty, like all our other residents.

If you would like to speak to Lynn please contact her on 0121 311 2743 or contact her via our Contact Us page.
