Located close to the Ridgacre Medical Practice, with whom we have developed a close working relationship with, the scheme is also close to local amenities to cater for a variety of needs. Our on-site facilities also include:

  • A Resident Shop – with a variety of basic provisions kept in stock at all times
  • Hair Salon
  • Restaurant - with a selection of meals available that is open to the wider community
  • Gym - purpose built for residents’ use free-of-charge
  • Laundrette
  • Activity Rooms – utilised by residents for social gatherings
  • Library – an impressive collection of books free to borrow, with internet access also

Our Dining Area

William Lench Court promotes independent living, but we also cater for those who need that assistance to help them keep their lifestyle in-check. With an on-site 24/7 care team to help meet the needs of those who need some support to maintain their independence. Care packages can be tailored to meet individual requirements, and can be discussed prior to you moving in with us.

Security is very important to us here at Lench’s Trust, as we respect and appreciate our resident’s privacy very highly. All apartments are safe and secure, and resident corridors are accessible only with the correct key fob.

Our in-house maintenance team ensure the scheme is well maintained and repairs promptly dealt with. The bonus of living at William Lench Court is that your utilities are provided by Lench’s Trust, saving you money and the hassle of liaising with multiple providers. The scheme is designed to make life easier, and that is exactly what it does for our residents living here.
