William Lench Court

We are pleased to announce that the waiting list for William Lench Court is open. We have apartments ready at our complex in Quinton for those who fit our criteria of over 55, facing social isolation and/or financial hardship. Lench's Trust has and always will be committed to helping the elderly in need, and providing great social housing helps us do just that.

Why William Lench Court?

William Lench Court is our newest complex that contains a total of 95 modern apartments. Originally built in 2011, William Lench Court has just received a brand new expansion which finished in 2016. With a friendly and social environment, William Lench Court provides a balance for those wanting to promote their independent living, whilst also providing social events for those who wish to make friends.
