Weekly Activities (WLC) - Gentle Excercise

Every Monday from 1:30pm til 4:00pm, join Chris from Encourage Activity for some gentle exercise in William Lench Court's Activities Room. Completely free, and all residents welcome, join Chris in some fun games that will help your body engage, as well as your mind.
