One of our trusted contractors James, who often does work on the kitchens and bathrooms of Lench’s Close has recently been spotted voluntarily mowing the grass at the scheme! Residents are thankful to James and his work, we’re sure even more now after kindly doing this in his own free time – it took a good part of the day! In the picture below he can be seen in his helmet, work boots and boxing gloves, ready to battle the grass.
