Last Friday, the people from the Challenge group came down to visit the Lench's Close residents once again, the Scheme Manager (Maria) and Shirley were kind enough to set up at wonderful day for all who came. There was an appetizing selection of food and drink, along with fun games such as table tennis, plastic duck fishing, badminton and more. The residents of Lench's Close enjoyed socializing with the Challenge group and getting to know some of the unique individuals there while taking part in these activities. We think that simply playing games together is a great way to bridge the gap between the younger and older generations as it allows people to truly drop their guard, open up, share ideas and have a pleasant time together.
