Our very own Marion O'Mara recently completed the Tesco Race for Life. Marion is used to running Tanner's Close, so she had no problem bursting across the finish line after running five gruelling kilometres. Marion ran with her daughter Maria, all in the aid of raising money for Cancer Research UK. They raised a brilliant £190! In their own words, they want to help "kick cancer's butt!". 

What could possibly be next for our budding athlete? Perhpas a 10k race? The Birmingham marathon? The Rio Olympics?
