What is the Residents' Hub?

It's an exciting time to be a resident of Lench's Trust. If you are a regular visitor to our website, you may have noticed the section 'Residents' Hub' on our homepage. If you are a resident with the Trust, you can click on this section, taking you to the residents' hub. From here, you can access your own statement, and put in your own maintenance requests. This will help you manage your life here at the Trust just that little bit easier.

How do I access the Residents' Hub?

You can access the residents' hub from our websites home page. When on the home page, you should see a box saying 'residents' hub'. If you click on that box, it will take you to a login page, where you will need to put in your personal login details. Don't worry if you do not know them. Just ask your scheme manager to contact our Communications Facilitator Nick Burton, who will provide you with your details. Once you have your username and password, you will be able to login into the residents' hub, thereby accessing your statement, and make maintenance requests.

Why Should I Use the Residents' Hub?

As a resident, you should use the residents' hub if you would like access to your statement from home, and/or to make maintenance requests as and when you need to. This should help speed up the completion of our maintenance requests, so we can help our residents faster.
