Exercise is a great way to improve your strength and flexibility, this is especially important for older people since it ensures that they can continue doing their normal daily activities for many years to come such as showering, cleaning and getting changed by themselves. For the past few Monday mornings at William Lench Court there has been an exercise class for all residents helping them do exactly that in a fun way, by following an exercise video on the projector. It's enjoyed by those taking part, however it's a little too early for most, so because of this it will happen at 2pm starting next week and we're excited to see the feedback.
