A couple months ago, William Lench Court resident Malcolm Reeves decided that he was going to raise money for cancer by taking part in the 'Brave the Shave' campaign, this is where participants have all of their hair shaved off and the money raised towards this will go to the charity Macmillan. Malcolm managed to raise £200 towards the cause, which will go to funding Macmillan nurses who care for those with the disease. A few different residents had a turn at cutting his hair and resident Steve shaved his head.
