Following the number of sign ups and interest shown, new equipment has just arrived at William Lench Court's on-site gym for resident use. To add to the current equipment there is Elliptical/cross trainer, a recumbent bike, a set of resistance bands and a weight/height scale. This new equipment will help cater to more resident's needs for exercise (such as the recumbent bike having a lower seat meaning those with less mobility can use it), allow residents to track their weight (whether it be for weight loss/gain or to maintain body weight) and make the sessions more fun! The equipment will all be put together tomorrow, meaning it will all be ready for use next week.
