A generous boy from a college based in Stoke made this shirt for one of our gym-going residents, using hand printing methods, he created a wonderful design with a silhouette of a cartwheeling woman on the front and the writing "Movement is medicine" on the front, then on the Lench's Trust logo on the back. With a number of gym goers, I decided to create a fitness quiz of 8 questions long and ask residents the questions, whoever gets the most correct wins the shirt.

With a past in competitive cycling and an interest in fitness still, resident Eric managed to get 7 out of 8 correct. Getting questions such as "What is the measurement of energy in food?", "Is the phrase no pain no gain, always good advice to follow?" and others right. Well done Eric, it's inspiring to see someone with an interest in fitness spanning from their younger years and into their older age too.
