Lench's Close, built in the 1980s, is situated in the heart of Moseley on Wake Green Road.

The scheme comprises of 64 one bedroom apartments in a two storey terrace formation set amongst landscaped garden. The scheme is just off Moseley High street, so there's easy access to local amenities. The communal facilities include:

  • Activity room (which doubles as a dining room)

  • Laundry room
  • Computer access

Lench's Close harbours a very active community with residents taking part in gardening and lunch clubs. The Scheme Manager, Maria Bell and her assistant Shirley Taggart provides a warm support to all the residents.
