Care Team Leader – 6 months Fixed Term Opportunity

Salary: £17, 812 - £21,770 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

35 hours per week, flexible to business needs

Lench’s Trust has 500 years of history in providing housing support in the Birmingham region; we are looking for a dedicated Care Team Leader to join our ambitious and hardworking care team who provide care and support to our residents at William Lench Court in Quinton.

This demanding but rewarding role requires someone who has a flexible approach and an ability to provide supportive line management to staff who work on a shift basis. The role involves providing personal care and day to day management of the Daily Living Assistants, which includes providing motivation, leadership and support on a one to one and team basis, as well as managing the conduct and performance of the team.
