Application for Housing

We welcome applications from people over the age of 55 who believe they would benefit from living in sheltered accommodation. All our apartments are self-contained and Lench's Trust staff promote independent living within a safe and supported environment.

As a charity we are only able to offer rented accommodation to those who qualify as being in financial need. If you own your own home or have a large amount of equity in it, unfortunately we would not be able to consider your application. If you have lots of savings you should contact us to discuss in more detail whether you would qualify.

All applicants should be able to look after themselves, with the exception of applicants for William Lench Court where extra care and support is available 24/7.

If you would like to apply please download and print the Application Form.

If you have any further questions, please visit our FAQs page, or Contact Us directly.

We look forward to hearing from you!
