William Lench Court


William Lench Court is the Trust's newest scheme situated on the Ridgacre Road in Quinton - the site of previous almshouses built in the 1930s.

The scheme is a "retirement complex" built as a community resource for all in the community with:

- 63 one and two bedroomed apartments, including 21 apartments available on a shared ownership basis - for further information please contact Maria.Mullins@waterloo.org.uk;

- a Home Care Team provided by the Yardley Great Trust and available 24/7;

- extensive communal facilities with activity rooms, a hairdressing salon, wellbeing rooms used by local GPs and their primary health care team, a library and a shop;

- a cafeteria/restaurant run by the Jericho Foundation, providing hot meals, snacks and refreshments 7 days a week.

William Lench Court is managed by Jayne McGettrick, an experienced Scheme Manager with over 10 years service with Lench's Trust.
