Lench's Trust has a small staff working full-time or part time from either its Head Office based at William Lench Court, or from its schemes across the city.
The Head Office staff, led by Jean-Luc Priez, Chief Executive, includes Virginia Watts, PA to the Chief Executive and Trust Administrator, Lorna Jean Pusey, Supported Housing Manager, Annette Mooney, Assistant to the Supported Housing Manager, Reet Sandhu, Finance Assistant, Isobel Spurr, Admin Assistant, and Bob Lessels, Appeals Manager. Laura Whitehouse, who works for our auditors Mazars, is currently seconded to the Trust to cover the post of Finance Officer.
The Trust employs a Maintenance Officer - Mark Boden, who joined the Trust in December 2011 after a career in the building industry.
Each scheme has a dedicated Scheme Manager who is responsible for both the management of the housing complex and for the wellbeing of the residents. The Trust also employs admin assistants at William Lench Court and cleaners at both Lench's Close and Tanner's Close.
Since joining Lench's Trust as Finance Assistant in September 2008 I have had the opportunity to work with a great team who are passionate about providing housing for the elderly in Birmingham. The Trust has played a key role in my professional development and each day brings new challenges.
