Lench's Close


Lench's Close, built in the 1980s, is situated in the heart of Moseley on Wake Green Road.




The scheme comprises 64 one bedroomed apartments in a two storey terrace formation set amongst landscaped garden. The communal facilities comprise an activity room which doubles as a dining room, an assisted bathroom, a hairdressing salon and a laundry.

Lench's Close harbours a very active community and the Scheme Manager, Maria Bell, provides a warm support to all the residents.
