Lench's Trust provides sheltered accommodation with designated Scheme Managers who look after the wellbeing of the residents.

When admitted to one of our schemes the residents will have a needs assessment done by the Scheme Manager and a Support Plan agreed jointly; this plan will then be reviewed on a regular basis. The role of the Scheme Manager is to ensure that residents have access to the level of care and support they are entitled to and they will direct them to the relevant agencies and organisations.

Residents who chose to will receive a "morning call" from the Scheme Manager who will ensure that they are well on a daily basis.

The Trust also provides an out of hours service through the Trustline.

William Lench Court hosts the Yardley Great Trust Home Care Team which not only provides 24/7 care & support to its residents but also provide a home care service to the wider community.
