Application for Housing


We welcome application from people over the age of 55 who believe they would benefit from living in sheltered accommodation. All our apartments are self-contained and Lench's Trust staff promote independent living within a safe and supported environment.




All applicants should be able to look after themselves, with the exception of applicants for William Lench Court where extra care and support is available 24/7.
