Only 7 shared ownership apartments left!

We begin 2012 with a success story, having sold 14 of our 21 shared ownership apartments at William Lench Court!

The scheme, located at the border bewteen Harborne and Quinton, is proving very popular and less than a year after its opening in May 2011 it is nearly fully occupied. This means only 7 shared ownership apartments are still available - including our spendidly furnished show apartment (pictured) - and some of them have already been reserved.


So hurry up if you do not wish to miss on an excellent opportunity to join a thriving community in this new extracare scheme.
