It was the first Social Afternoon Tea on a Saturday 4th February for residents At Tanner's Close.
Residents were well pleased with the turnout of residents onsite and from outside, and all enjoyed a variety of sandwiches, followed by tea and coffee with a lovely Cupcake.
Residents sat around and enjoyed the music in the background, while some watched out the window at the lovely white snow as it came down.
Residents were overwhelmed to see life at Tanner’s Close on a Saturday. They are already planning their next social evening at Tanner’s Close and how they would like to encourage everyone from the scheme and the community to come and join them.
Mo - Activities Coordinator has taken a note and is already working behind the scenes to have the next social evening put together.
The next social event at Tanner’s Close is in aid of St Patrick’s Day on Saturday17th March.
