The surroundings are very nice. It's been very good for me because I have a ground floor flat and there's no strais to negotiate. I have a wet room; I had difficulty getting in and out ofr the bath before. It's all kept very well and we all have our little corners of garden that we look after. So I took over a corner out the back growing some rhubarb. I love rhubarb. It's really been very good for me - we have good facilities and the shop aren't that far away.

The best thing about it is the convenience of the flat itself. I lived in a three-bedroom house; managing a house when you get to my age is a bit difficult but the flat is very good with it all being on one level.

People should get their names down as soon as possible and I'm sure that they'll be very happy with what they've got here. It's very convenient, very sociable and you are helped a lot. What else can you ask for?
